Executive education Frankfurt am Main
Milestone Institute empowers professionals with accredited training, executive coaching, and strategic advisory services across Europe.
The institute campus in Frankfurt am Main, home to our executive residencies.
01 About the institute
Milestone Institute was founded in Frankfurt in 1998 on a single premise: that professional judgement can be taught, but only by people who have exercised it themselves. Every programme we run is designed and delivered by practitioners who have carried real responsibility, and every cohort is small enough that no participant can sit quietly at the back.
Our work sits across three disciplines. We deliver accredited training that carries weight with employers and regulators. We provide executive coaching to individuals at the point where technical mastery is no longer the constraint. And we advise organisations on the strategic questions that sit above any single department, from succession to market entry.
What binds these together is a refusal to separate theory from consequence. Our case material is drawn from live engagements, our faculty return to practice between teaching terms, and our assessment asks participants to defend a recommendation rather than recite a framework.

04 Programs
Advanced programmes for C suite executives and senior managers, built for the point at which a leader stops solving problems personally and starts building the organisation that solves them. Delivered in residence over four modules across a calendar year.
Finance, project management, and digital transformation credentials, examined to a standard our corporate partners recognise on a curriculum vitae without further explanation. Evening and weekend cohorts run continuously through the year.
Tailored support for professionals changing industries or returning to work, combining individual coaching with the practical apparatus of a move: positioning, network strategy, and the interview rooms where a career pivot is either explained well or not at all.
05 Faculty
Chairs our executive residency and advises supervisory boards on succession.
Leads the strategy faculty and directs our advisory engagements in central Europe.
Designs our digital curriculum and researches how large organisations adopt new technology.
The executive leadership program at Milestone completely reshaped my approach to management. I secured a promotion within three months.
06 Insights and news

A twelve session engagement pairing each participant with a coach drawn from our practising faculty, designed for leaders in the first year of a substantially larger role.
Four new corporate partnerships extend our digital transformation curriculum and open placement routes for participants completing the career transition programme.
